Job summary

Analog is seeking a highly experienced Principal Project Manager to lead and orchestrate complex delivery programs in Abu Dhabi. You will drive milestones, dependencies, and critical paths in collaboration with the PMO to maintain delivery momentum across parallel streams.

You will own RAID logs, manage risks with proactive mitigation, and ensure clear governance, reporting, and stakeholder alignment with clients and leadership.

Qualifications

Analog is seeking a highly experienced Principal Project Manager to lead and orchestrate complex delivery programs. This role is critical in ensuring the seamless execution of milestones, dependencies, and critical paths, working in close collaboration with the PMO. You will be instrumental in maintaining the momentum of parallel delivery streams and proactively identifying and mitigating risks before they impact project timelines.

What You'll Do

• Planning and Delivery: Own the planning of milestones, dependencies, and critical path in conjunction with the PMO.
• Risk and Dependency Management: Maintain robust RAID logs, ensuring risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies are visible and actively managed.
• Stream Alignment: Ensure parallel delivery streams remain synchronized with the overall plan, resolving any conflicts in priority or resources.
• Reporting and Governance: Conduct regular program reporting and governance forums, providing clear, honest, and timely status updates.
• Client and Stakeholder Management: Proactively manage client-side dependencies, driving necessary decisions and inputs to maintain delivery momentum.
• Collaboration: Build strong, collaborative relationships with client counterparts to facilitate swift and direct issue resolution.
• Financial and Scope Alignment: Coordinate closely with program finance controllers and principal product managers to ensure alignment across plan, budget, and scope.
• Risk Escalation: Escalate risks and blockers early, presenting clear options and solutions rather than just problems.

What You'll Bring

• Substantial experience as a senior or principal project manager on large, complex delivery programs.
• Strong command of critical path planning, dependency management, and RAID discipline.
• Direct experience managing client-side dependencies on programs with multiple parallel workstreams.
• Demonstrated comfort working closely with a PMO, and a structured approach to governance and reporting.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients, delivery teams, and leadership.
• A calm, organized, and methodical approach, particularly under pressure.
• Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
