Job summary

Analog is seeking a highly experienced Principal Project Manager to lead and orchestrate complex delivery programs in Abu Dhabi. You will drive milestones, dependencies, and critical paths in collaboration with the PMO to maintain delivery momentum across parallel streams.

You will own RAID logs, manage risks with proactive mitigation, and ensure clear governance, reporting, and stakeholder alignment with clients and leadership.

Qualifications

• Senior or principal PM on large, complex delivery programs.
• Experience with RAID logs and risk mitigation.
• Experience managing client-side dependencies with parallel workstreams.
• Comfort working with a PMO and governance reporting.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and concise communication.

Responsibilities

• Plan milestones, dependencies, and critical path in coordination with the PMO.
• Maintain RAID logs and actively manage risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies.
• Keep parallel delivery streams aligned with the overall plan.
• Conduct program reporting and governance forums with clear status updates.
• Proactively manage client-side dependencies and drive required inputs.
• Build strong relationships with client counterparts for swift issue resolution.
• Coordinate with program finance controllers on budget and scope alignment.
• Escalate risks early and present options and solutions.
