Job summary

Analog is hiring a Program Finance Controller to own financial control across a large delivery programme. You will partner with delivery leads, the PMO, and finance to keep budgets, forecasts, and invoicing tight, and to surface risk early.

You will build rolling forecasts, track budget versus actuals by workstream, prepare monthly reporting packs for stakeholders, and manage milestone-based invoicing and contract billing in collaboration with legal and commercial teams.

Qualifications

• Experience as finance controller or senior financial analyst on a large delivery programme.
• Expertise in budget vs actuals, forecasting, and variance reporting.
• Experience with milestone-based invoicing and contract billing.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and stakeholders.
• Accounting or finance qualification or equivalent experience.
• Strong attention to detail and proactive issue flagging.
• Strong Excel or financial systems skills and clear reporting.

Responsibilities

• Work with legal and commercial teams to understand contract terms that affect billing, exposure, and cash flow.
• Maintain audit-ready records of budgets, invoices, and approvals across the programme.

You will work closely with delivery leads, the PMO, and finance to keep budgets, forecasts, and invoicing tight, and to surface risk before it becomes a problem.

What you’ll do

What you’ll bring

• Significant experience as a finance controller or senior financial analyst on a large delivery programme or major project.
• Strong command of budget versus actuals analysis, forecasting, and variance reporting.
• Direct experience with milestone based invoicing and contract billing on complex programmes.
• Comfort managing multiple workstreams and stakeholders at once, without losing accuracy.
• A qualification in accounting or finance, or equivalent practical experience.
• Sharp attention to detail, and the confidence to flag issues early rather than let them grow.
• Strong Excel or financial systems skills, and clear written reporting.
