• Backlog Quality: Maintain high-quality backlogs across all teams, ensuring each item is well‑defined, appropriately sized, and linked to measurable outcomes.
• Customer Validation: Conduct structured discovery sessions with customers and operators to validate assumptions before engineering resources are committed.
• Outcome Metrics: Define and track outcome metrics for each release, holding teams accountable for achieving results, not just task completion.

Who You Are

• Accountability: Be comfortable holding delivery teams accountable for achieving outcomes, not merely delivering features.
• Complex Platforms: Have experience working with complex, multi‑team platforms, ideally within defense, government, or other regulated sectors.
• Communication Skills: Exhibit strong facilitation and communication skills, effectively engaging with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Data‑Informed Approach: Employ a structured, data‑informed methodology for prioritization and roadmap decisions.
