Job summary

Marcura, a global maritime technology leader, seeks a Principal Product Manager for Compliance in Dubai. You will own the strategy, roadmap and commercial outcomes for KYB, KYC, and due diligence offerings, with a hands-on, autonomous leadership style and close collaboration with engineering, compliance and sales teams.

You will frame problems, validate business cases with real usage data, and drive revenue, adoption and first paying customers across the Counterparty Passport and screening

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of AML/CFT, KYC/KYB, sanctions regimes and due diligence reporting.
• Understanding regulatory and audit drivers in customer buying decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own multi-year product strategy and roadmap for Marcura Compliance, grounded in usage and billing data.
• Prioritise backlog across compliance platform to drive revenue and retention.
• Grow KYB onboarding and screening revenue to meet ARR targets with Sales and CS.
