Position Overview

Leams Education in Dubai is seeking an experienced and visionary Principal to lead one of its UK and CBSE curriculum schools.

The Principal will serve as the strategic and academic head, responsible for ensuring a safe, inclusive, and high‑performing learning environment aligned with KHDA and UAE National Agenda requirements.

The role requires strong leadership to drive curriculum and assessment excellence, enhance student outcomes, and foster a culture of continuous improvement and wellbeing.

Location: Dubai | Industry: Education | Function: School‑College Administration | Salary: 20,000‑25,000 monthly (market estimated) | Job Type: Full‑time

Core Duties

• Define and implement the school's vision, mission, and strategic improvement plans (SEF)
• Lead curriculum, assessment, teaching, and extracurricular programmes across all phases (Pre‑KG to Grade 12)
• Drive student progress and achievement through data‑informed practices
• Build strong parent and community engagement to support school success
• Oversee staff development through performance management and CPD initiatives
• Ensure compliance with KHDA, CBSE, MOE and DSIB regulatory frameworks
• Maintain high standards of health, safety and operational efficiency
• Provide turnaround leadership to strengthen academic excellence and school reputation

Candidate Requirements

• Master's degree in Education, Educational Leadership or School Management (NPQH preferred)
• PGCE/PGDE with QTS or equivalent qualification
• 3‑5 years proven experience as Principal, Vice Principal or Senior Leadership Team member
• Strong knowledge of UAE education regulations, KHDA frameworks and CBSE standards
• Excellent planning, time‑management and stakeholder engagement skills
• Tech‑forward leader with a proven record of driving innovation and academic improvement
• Must hold attested degree and equivalency certificate(s)
• Immediate availability preferred
