Key Responsibilities

• Set and implement the school's vision, mission, and long-term strategic direction aligned with institutional goals.
• Lead curriculum planning, teaching standards, learning quality, assessment systems, and extracurricular development across all grade levels.
• Drive school improvement plans, SEF development, and continuous quality enhancement initiatives.
• Raise student attainment and academic progress through strong pedagogical leadership and data-informed decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with KHDA, CBSE, MOE, DSIB, and UAE National Agenda educational requirements.
• Build strong parent engagement frameworks and maintain productive community and stakeholder partnerships.
• Implement effective staff performance management systems and support professional development through CPD programs.
• Oversee school operations, health and safety standards, and administrative efficiency across the campus.
• Lead turnaround strategies and school transformation initiatives from Pre‑KG to Grade 12 where required.
• Promote student wellbeing, inclusion, safeguarding, and a positive learning culture across the school community.
• Support recruitment, retention, and leadership development of teaching and non‑teaching staff.
• Represent the school professionally with external authorities, inspectors, and education stakeholders.

Ideal Profile

• Master’s degree in Education, Educational Leadership, School Management, or equivalent is required.
• NPQH qualification or equivalent leadership certification is highly preferred.
• PGCE, PGDE with QTS, or equivalent teaching qualification is mandatory.
• Degree attestation and equivalency certificates are required.
• Minimum 3‑5 years of experience as Principal, Vice Principal, or Senior Leadership Team member.
• Strong knowledge of KHDA, MOE, CBSE regulations, DSIB frameworks, and UAE education compliance standards.
