Job summary

KATIM, part of EDGE Group, is seeking a senior Systems Integration lead to drive integration of Defence Communications and C2 systems across air, land, maritime, and joint environments. You will define interfaces, manage interoperability, and support field deployments.

The role requires a Bachelor's in a technical field, 12+ years in defence or mission-critical systems, and hands-on experience with hardware-software integration, platform integration, and multidisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field (Systems Engineering, Electronics, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related).
• 12+ years of experience in Systems Engineering/System Integration within Defence, Aerospace, Security, or mission-critical environments.
• Proven experience integrating complex hardware, software, and distributed systems.

Responsibilities

• Knowledge of MBSE, simulation environments,communications, and defence standards is desirable.
