Job summary

Edge Group in Abu Dhabi is seeking an Engineering Manager for Defence Engineering to lead multidisciplinary teams on complex defence programmes and ensure delivery against technical, schedule, cost, quality and integration objectives.

You will plan resources, milestones, dependencies and risks, coordinate Systems, Software, Hardware, Integration, Test, Cybersecurity and Network streams, and act as the technical focal point for stakeholders, customers and suppliers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in Defence, Aerospace, Communications, or mission-critical technology.
• Proven experience leading engineering development activities and multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong understanding of engineering lifecycles, systems integration, verification, and programme delivery.
• Experience working in regulated or defence environments.
