Job summary

FGE NexantECA in Dubai seeks a senior consultant to lead sales and deliver feasibility studies, due diligence, and market analyses for petrochemical clients. You will manage teams and build proposals to drive revenue while engaging with senior executives.

You will lead consulting engagements across energy, refining, and chemical industries, shaping client strategies and expanding NexantECA’s regional footprint through high-impact projects.

Responsibilities

• Ownership of full sales cycle from lead to close and revenue generation.

• Develop proposals for petrochemical operators, banks, PE firms, and licensors.
• Build and maintain relationships with senior executives in energy, refining, and chemicals.
• Collaborate with NexantECA leadership to grow regional and global presence.

Following a recent merger, FGE and NexantECA, leading consulting companies specializing in energy markets, are expanding our Consulting department in Dubai.

• Significant experience within the petrochemical industry or with a top industry or management consultancy
• Excellent leadership skills
• Very strong project management skills
• Experience of interacting with senior industry executives
• Good analytical and problem solving skills
• Proven ability to generate consulting revenue

Job Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Ownership of the full sales cycle from lead to close; responsible for generating proposals and drawing high end revenue into the business through consulting, subscriptions and reports. Ongoing relationship management with senior managers and executives within the energy, refining, and chemical industries.

• Take a lead on sales generation, primarily in EMEA geographic region.
• Work closely with senior industry managers, executives and key decision-makers to build strong, ongoing client relationships.
• Identify, qualify and develop new business opportunities to grow existing accounts and new business.
• Develop and convert proposals for petrochemical operating companies, banks, private equity firms, licensing companies, etc. for performing feasibility studies, due diligence engagements, supply/demand/trade analyses, technology assessments and other related projects.
• Undertake a project executive role and lead teams of junior and mid-level consultants so as to deliver quality results to our clients on a timely and profitable fashion.
• Work with NexantECA’s senior management team to shape and grow NexantECA’s presence and revenue generation in the region and globally.
