Job summary

Knight Frank MENA is seeking experienced Leasing Consultants to join our Prime Residential team in Dubai. You will build and manage a premium landlord and tenant portfolio, advise on pricing and presentation, and close high-value leasing transactions with discretion for an international client base.

You will develop strong relationships, source new opportunities, and contribute to the growth of our Prime Residential business through expert market knowledge and proactive landlord acquisition.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ residential leasing experience in the UAE or an international luxury market.
• Proven track record within Prime or luxury residential real estate.
• Experience managing HNW/UHNW landlords and tenants.
• Strong knowledge of Dubai’s residential leasing market.
• Excellent sales, negotiation and closing skills.
• Strong communication and presentation capability.
• Strong relationship-building and client management skills.
• Commercially driven with a strong service mindset.
• Able to perform in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong knowledge of RERA and Dubai Land Department requirements.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a portfolio of Prime and Super Prime leasing instructions.
• Develop trusted relationships with HNW/UHNW landlords and tenants.
• Generate new instructions through prospecting, referrals and personal networks.
• Conduct rental appraisals and provide market-led pricing advice.
• Advise landlords on positioning, presentation and leasing strategy.
• Match suitable tenants with Prime and Super Prime properties.
• Maintain detailed knowledge of rental values, stock and market conditions.
• Identify renewal, relocation and repeat-business opportunities.
