Job summary

The School of Research Science Dubai is seeking a full-time Cluster Manager to lead a KS1/KS2 year group cluster and teach a class. You will coach 3–5 teachers, monitor progress data, and work with senior leaders to drive high achievement and effective teaching practices.

Ideal candidates will hold QTS with a BEd or PGCE, have UK KS1/KS2 experience, and demonstrate strong leadership and communication. The position starts soon and offers a competitive tax-free salary and housing benefits.

Qualifications

• QTS is required.
• Bachelor of Education (BEd) or PGCE with a relevant degree.
• Proven experience raising achievement and coaching to support improved teaching and learning on KS1/KS2.
• UK teaching experience in KS1/KS2 at a primary school is required.
• Strong knowledge of the UK National Curriculum for KS1/KS2.
• Primary Year Leader or Phase Leader experience is desirable.
• Commitment to excellence, inclusivity and community.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the year group cluster (3–5 teachers) to ensure consistency in planning, teaching and assessment.
• Provide regular instructional coaching to team members (observations, Steplab, feedback, co-planning).
• Track and analyse student progress data and ensure all students make strong progress, with focus on priority groups.
• Teach a class on KS1 or KS2.
