Responsibilities

• Lead on teaching and learning development across the Primary school.
• Provide coaching, mentoring and targeted professional development for teachers.
• Model outstanding practice and deliver demonstration lessons and team teaching.
• Lead observation cycles, learning walks and planning reviews.
• Ensure curriculum policies and assessment frameworks are applied consistently.
• Collaborate with phase and subject leaders to ensure continuity and progression.
