Qualifications

• Recognised teaching qualification at degree level (B.Ed, PGCE or equivalent).
• Three years of successful Primary teaching experience; IB/PYP preferred.
• Strong understanding of child-centred pedagogy and inquiry-based learning.

Position Overview

Skills

Successful Candidate

• A recognised teaching qualification at degree level, such as a B.Ed, PGCE, State Teaching License or equivalent, with appropriate Primary teaching credentials.
• A minimum of three years' successful experience teaching within the Primary phase, ideally including the IB Primary Years Programme (PYP), although IB experience is preferred rather than essential.
• A strong understanding of effective Primary pedagogy and child-centred learning.
• Experience or confidence in delivering inquiry-based, concept-driven learning.
• A passion for inspiring curiosity and developing confident, independent and globally minded learners.
