Job summary

The Arbor School in Dubai is seeking an exceptional SENDCo to join the Middle Leadership Team. You will lead the Primary SEND provision, promote inclusive practice, and work with teachers, families and external professionals to ensure every learner can thrive.

You will coordinate SEND across the Primary phase, contribute to the Inclusion Improvement Plan, and support staff development, safeguarding, and pupil outcomes in line with the Arbor Promise.

Qualifications

• Native-level English language skills are required.
• NASENCO or equivalent qualification is required.
• National Award for SEN Coordination is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Safeguard and promote welfare of students following Arbor policies.
• Promote Arbor vision, mission, and values across the school.
• Lead and develop SEND provision across the Primary phase with inclusivity at the core.
• Collaborate with parents, teachers and external agencies to monitor pupil progress and provision.
