Job summary

DHL Global Forwarding in Dubai seeks a Pricing Specialist for Aid & Relief to coordinate end-to-end bid submissions and proposals. The role involves working with commercial, operations, finance and regional teams to ensure timely, compliant submissions.

You will negotiate rates, manage bid timelines and prepare compelling documents to win opportunities in air, ocean, and multimodal freight forwarding, leveraging MS 365 tools and strong English writing skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Logistics, Supply Chain, International Relations or related field.
• Experience coordinating multi-country or multi-stakeholder tender submissions.
• 3-5 years' experience in bid coordination, tender management, proposal support or commercial administration.
• Good understanding of freight forwarding products including air, ocean, road and multimodal transport.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools, including Teams and SharePoint, with document version control.
• Strong written English; additional languages would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit bids, tenders and proposals for the Aid & Relief business.

• Check submissions against customer requirements, internal policies and approval processes.
• Maintain bid templates, content libraries, tender records and opportunity pipelines.
• Monitor relevant tender portals and identify opportunities.

Job Purpose

Prepare and submit bids, tenders and proposals for the Aid & Relief business. Ensure submissions are timely, accurate, compliant and supported by effective coordination across commercial, operational and regional stakeholders

KEY TASKS

• Manage bid plans, timelines, action trackers, document versions and submission deadlines

Skills And Knowledge Required

• Demonstrated experience coordinating complex, multi-country or multi-stakeholder tender submissions
• 3-5 years' experience in bid coordination, tender management, proposal support or commercial administration
• Good understanding of freight forwarding products, including air, ocean, road, multimodal transport, customs and supply-chain services
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools, including Teams, SharePoint; document version control and tech knowledge
• Strong written English and professional document-editing skills; additional languages would be an advantage
