Job summary

HERMES MAROQUINERIE-SELLERIE (HMS) in Dubai is seeking a Press and Showroom Coordinator under the Emiratisation initiative. The role focuses on managing press requests, showroom presentation, and coordination with Hermes offices worldwide, including Paris, to support overseas shoots.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in business administration or equivalent, is highly organized, can work independently or in a team, and is fluent in English.

• Provide monthly reports to our Paris office.
• Extracting reports and creating decks for Press Manager and Paris office using specific templates.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. PRESS AND SHOWROOM
   • Manage the press requests, send outs and returns / International shipments.
   • Daily administrative assistance to the Press and Media Manager.
   • Liaise with all other Hermès offices around the world including the Paris Head Office to coordinate overseas shoots.
   • Maintain and merchandise the showroom to a high standard.
   • Ensure smooth running of the press showroom.
   • Assist with showroom appointments.
   • Oversee the arrival of new stock and upload into Launchmatrix.
2. REPORTING
   1. Provide monthly reports to our Paris office.
   2. Extracting reports and creating decks for Press Manager and Paris office using specific templates.
3. MEASURES OF SUCCESS
   • Smooth running of the showroom.
   • Ensure successful events delivery.
   • Successfully support the Press Manager in day-to-day tasks.
   • Positive internal and external stakeholder feedback.
