Job summary

Join in Dubai seeks a highly organized Press and Showroom Coordinator, a role reserved for UAE Nationals under the Emiratisation strategy. You will support the Press and Media Manager, manage showroom operations and liaise with Hermes offices globally.

Responsibilities include handling press requests, coordinating international shipments, maintaining showroom standards, and preparing reports for the Paris office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or equivalent experience.
• Highly organized and able to manage time effectively and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Language skills, fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Manage the press requests, send outs and returns / International shipments.
• Daily administrative assistance to the Press and Media Manager.
• Liaise with all other Hermès offices around the world including the Paris Head Office to coordinate overseas shoots.
• Maintain and merchandise the showroom to a high standard.
• Ensure smooth running of the press showroom.
• Assist with showroom appointments.
• Oversee the arrival of new stock and upload into Launchmatrix.
• Provide monthly reports to our Paris office.
• Extracting reports and creating decks for Press Manager and Paris office using specific templates.
• Smooth running of the showroom.
• Ensure successful events delivery.
• Successfully support the Press Manager in day-to-day tasks.
• Positive internal and external stakeholder feedback.
