Job summary

Hermès UAE, a luxury house, seeks a Press and Showroom Coordinator to support our press and showroom activities in Dubai. You will manage press requests, shipments, and showroom upkeep while coordinating with Hermès offices worldwide, including Paris, to ensure smooth shoots and launches.

The role requires strong organization, the ability to work independently or with a team, and fluent English. On-site position, UAE-national only with valid family book.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or equivalent experience.
• Highly organized and able to manage time effectively and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Language skills, fluent in English.

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. PRESS AND SHOWROOM
   • Manage the press requests, send outs and returns / International shipments.
   • Daily administrative assistance to the Press and Media Manager.
   • Liaise with all other Hermès offices around the world including the Paris Head Office to coordinate overseas shoots.

2. REPORTING
   1. Provide monthly reports to our Paris office.
   2. Extracting reports and creating decks for Press Manager and Paris office using specific templates.
3. MEASURES OF SUCCESS
   • Smooth running of the showroom.
   • Ensure successful events delivery.
   • Successfully support the Press Manager in day-to-day tasks.
   • Positive internal and external stakeholder feedback.

EXPERIENCE
