Job summary

ServiceNow is seeking a Presales Solution Consultant who combines technology know-how with strategic business insight to design high-impact solutions on the Now Platform. You will work with enterprise customers in the region, lead workshops, and collaborate with sales to qualify opportunities and demonstrate business value.

Qualifications

• Experience integrating AI into work processes or decision-making.
• Proven experience (c. 8 years) as a presales solution consultant.
• Experience architecting and delivering complex cloud-based platform solutions.
• Experience facilitating client-facing workshops to progress initiatives.
• Deep knowledge of low-code, RPA, business process automation or API management.
• Ability to lead a multi-discipline team delivering high-quality output in short timeframes.
• Experience in third party integrations using web services, JDBC, file-based parsers and SQL basics.
• Ability to quickly understand new technology through instruction and self-training.
• Strong enablement skills including coaching and mentoring for technical roles.
• Executive level presence and experience presenting to executives.
• Understanding of selling through partners.
• Extensive travel across the region including to KSA.
• Fluency in English and Arabic is essential.

Responsibilities

• Drive innovative business solutions and digital transformation with Enterprise customers in the region.
• Consult with customers to understand business needs and evangelize the business value of solution development on the Now Platform.
• Facilitate and lead workshops focusing on innovation ideation, co-creation, development and validation of solutions on the Now Platform.
• Partner with Core Sales and Solution Consulting to qualify customer needs and identify opportunities to deliver high value outcomes.
• Be the platform subject matter expert and present at executive briefings, workshops and marketing events.
• Architect and develop innovative solutions with a cross-functional digital consulting team in a pre-sales environment.
• Conduct architectural and/or technical workshops and PoCs that may include enablement sessions.
• Interact with the ServiceNow community as a thought leader on developing and extending applications on the Now Platform.
• Work with Product Management on upcoming releases and provide feedback from customer interaction.
• Keep abreast of ServiceNow product developments, complementary tech and trends to broaden use of the Now Platform.
