Job summary

Mars Vision Technical Services LLC in Dubai invites a motivated Presales Engineer to join our growing team. You will review tender documents, prepare BOQs, cost estimates, technical proposals, and tender submissions for Interior Fit-Out and ELV systems.

The role requires reading architectural and MEP drawings, strong AutoCAD and MS Office skills, and effective communication to support the Sales team during client meetings and technical discussions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Engineering or a related technical field.
• Minimum 1+ year of experience in Presales, Estimation, or Technical Sales.
• Strong knowledge of Interior Fit-Out and ELV Systems.
• Experience preparing BOQs, cost estimates, technical proposals, and tender documentation.
• Ability to read architectural, interior, MEP, and ELV drawings.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication, presentation, analytical, and organizational skills.
• UAE driving license is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Review tender documents, drawings, specifications, and client requirements.
• Conduct site visits and attend pre-bid meetings when required.
• Prepare BOQs, material take-offs, cost estimates, quotations, technical proposals, and tender submissions.
• Develop technically compliant and cost-effective Interior Fit-Out and ELV solutions.
• Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive quotations.
• Evaluate supplier quotations and prepare technical and commercial comparison sheets.
• Support the Sales team during client meetings, presentations, and technical discussions.
• Collaborate with the Design, Procurement, and Project teams to ensure smooth project handover.
• Maintain updated pricing, product, and vendor databases.
• Ensure timely and accurate submission of tenders and proposals.
