You will coordinate facilities, security, vendor management, budgeting, reporting, and tenant relations, delivering proactive service and a premium environment aligned with Al-Futtaim's standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in managing Grade A commercial office buildings or premium assets.
• Strong tenant relationship and service delivery focus.
• Experience managing operating budgets and cost optimization.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day property operations of a premium office tower.
• Coordinate FM, cleaning, landscaping, waste management, and vendors.
• Maintain high tenant satisfaction and premium asset standards.
• Monitor common areas, parking, security, health & safety compliance.
• Prepare property performance reports and manage budgets.
