Job summary

Abdulla Al Masaood and Sons Motorcycles (Harley-Davidson) in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Sales Executive – Motorcycles to promote and sell Harley-Davidson motorcycles. You will build strong customer relationships and deliver an exceptional experience throughout the sales journey.

You will drive new and pre-owned motorcycle sales, support marketing campaigns, and ensure accurate sales documentation while organizing test rides and following up on inquiries.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience, preferably within the premium automotive or motorcycle industry.
• Demonstrable passion for motorcycles, especially Harley-Davidson, and knowledge of their products.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build long-term customer relationships and close sales opportunities.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently or within a team.
• Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and relevant sales tools.
• Valid motorcycle license.
• Graduate-level education or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Sell new and pre-owned Harley-Davidson motorcycles to prospective customers
• Manage customer relationships and follow up promptly on enquiries
• Promote Harley-Davidson products, genuine accessories, and related lifestyle items
• Support dealership marketing campaigns, events, and promotions
• Ensure accurate completion of administrative duties and all sales documentation
• Organize and supervise customer test rides
