You will drive revenue, customer experience, parts and merchandising while upholding brand integrity and performance standards. Qualifications

5-8 years of proven leadership in automotive or premium retail.
Experience managing multi-department teams and operations.
Track record in sales and aftersales operations.
Knowledge of manufacturer standards, audits and compliance.

Responsibilities

Drive overall dealership performance across revenue, margin, cost and profitability.
Lead end-to-end operations for sales, service, parts and merchandising.
Ensure Harley-Davidson brand standards at all customer touchpoints.
Develop and deliver annual operating plans, budgets and KPI targets.
Lead, coach and develop a high-performing team and foster accountability.
Utilize CRM and local events to enhance customer journeys and loyalty.
