Addmind Hospitality in Dubai invites a skilled Marine Vessel Operator to join our luxury beach club and hospitality venues. You will oversee safe operation of vessels, ensure guest safety, and deliver exceptional water-based experiences in line with our standards.

The role requires UAE licence, minimum 3 years’ sailing experience, and the ability to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends. We offer a dynamic, multicultural environment with opportunities for career growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience operating marine vessels in hospitality or leisure settings.
• Valid UAE Pleasure Marine Craft licence (up to 12m or 24m).
• Strong knowledge of UAE maritime regulations and safety protocols.
• Excellent guest-facing communication and safety-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Operate marine vessels safely and efficiently per UAE rules and company standards.
• Navigate routes, manage boarding, and ensure smooth on-water operations.
• Conduct pre- and post-departure checks of fuel, safety gear, and vessel condition.
• Maintain logs of operations, fuel usage, and incidents.
• Coordinate with beach club and events teams to align schedules.
