Job summary

Chalhoub Group seeks a dynamic catering sales professional in Dubai to acquire and grow premium luxury clients, drive revenue, and secure long-term contracts. You will build a strong pipeline, collaborate with operations, marketing and leadership, and ensure client experiences align with brand standards.

Fluency in English is essential, French is a plus for French-speaking clients, and a track record in premium hospitality sales will help you thrive in our innovation-focused luxury retail

Qualifications

• Experience in catering, F&B, hospitality, events or business development.
• Proven track record in sales, client acquisition and contract negotiation.
• Experience managing premium/luxury clients and building long-term relationships.
• Commercially driven with focus on targets and budgets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and networking skills.
• Ability to identify and convert opportunities; high attention to brand standards.
• CRM/ERP experience; SAP knowledge is an advantage.
• Fluent English; French is a plus for French-speaking clients.

Responsibilities

• Acquire and grow premium luxury clients and high-value accounts.
• Drive catering sales revenue, collection, and new business development.
• Secure long-term catering contracts and recurring business.
• Build and manage a strong sales pipeline to meet annual budgets and KPIs.
• Collaborate with F&B operations, marketing, finance and leadership to reflect brand identity.
• Track and deliver sales, collection, contract and revenue KPIs.
