The First Collection at Jumeirah Village Circle is seeking a diligent Room Attendant to maintain guest rooms and public areas to the highest standards in our upscale hotel.

You will follow a detailed daily routine, restock linen and supplies, report maintenance needs, assist with laundry and in-room service, and respond courteously to guest requests while upholding safety and hygiene policies.

Qualifications

• Two years or more experience as a Room Attendant in a hotel or similar environment.
• Knowledge of housekeeping operational procedures and standards.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced setting.
• Excellent communication skills and guest service mindset.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high standard of cleanliness in guest rooms and corridors.
• Attend shift briefings and follow uniform policy.
• Restock linen and guest supplies; report maintenance needs.
• Assist with laundry and in-room amenities as required.
• Ensure safety, security, and hygiene through proper procedures.
• Respond courteously to guest requests and requests for service.
