Job summary

The First Collection at Jumeirah Village Circle is seeking a dedicated Room Attendant to maintain guest rooms and public areas to the highest standards. You will replenish supplies, assist guests, and support daily housekeeping operations in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Two years of room attendant experience and knowledge of housekeeping procedures are required. A professional, welcoming demeanor and strong time management are essential for success and guest satisfaction in this upscale

Qualifications

• Two or more years’ experience as a hotel room attendant.
• Knowledge of housekeeping operations and standards.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective communication and a professional, welcoming demeanor.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Reports for duty punctually wearing correct uniform and badge.
• Attends the morning/evening briefing at the beginning of the shift.
• Cleans assigned rooms thoroughly and replenishes linen and guest supplies.
• Tidy and arrange guest belongings to meet hotel standards.
• Inspects facilities and reports damages to the supervisor for action.
• Assists with guest requests courteously and promptly.
• Maintains safety and environmental practices.
