Job summary

The First Collection at Jumeirah Village Circle in Dubai is seeking a dedicated Room Attendant to maintain the high standards of cleanliness across guest rooms and public areas. You will support the housekeeping team in delivering a welcoming, pristine environment for guests.

This role requires attention to detail, reliability, and a collaborative spirit to ensure guest satisfaction through timely cleaning, restocking, and adherence to safety procedures.

Qualifications

• At least two years experience as a Room attendant.
• Knowledge of housekeeping operational procedures.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication with the team and guest focus.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Report for duty punctually wearing the correct uniform and name badge.
• Clean assigned rooms and replenish linen and guest supplies.
• Inspect facilities and report damages to supervisor.
• Attend to guest requests courteously and promptly.
• Maintain safety and environmental standards.
• Restock trolley and pantries for the next day.
