The First Collection at Jumeirah Village Circle is seeking a dedicated Room Attendant to maintain high standards of cleanliness for guest rooms and public areas in our upscale hotel in Dubai. You will join a team dedicated to guest satisfaction and operational excellence.

Bring 2+ years of room attendant experience, knowledge of housekeeping procedures, and strong organizational and communication skills to ensure a welcoming, safe, and spotless environment for guests.

Qualifications

• At least two years experience as a Room attendant.
• Knowledge of housekeeping operational procedures.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and guest-service skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain guest rooms and public areas to high standards of cleanliness and upkeep.
• Attend daily briefings and follow housekeeping policies.
• Handle room reports, key control, and inventory accurately.
• Replenish linen and supplies in guest rooms and bathrooms.
• Inspect facilities and report damages or maintenance needs.
• Respond to guest requests courteously and promptly while maintaining privacy.
• Coordinate with laundry and supervisor for guest needs and turnover.
