Job summary

Rixos Bab Al Bahr on Al Marjan Island, Ras Al Khaimah, UAE, is seeking a skilled bartender to join our luxury F&B team. You will craft cocktails, manage bar stock, and deliver guest- centric service aligned with our ultra all-inclusive concept. Requirements include a High School diploma, experience in all-inclusive F&B, and a passion for service.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• Experience in Food & Beverage/Restaurant operations in all-inclusive concept.
• Passion for excellent service.
• Excellent teamwork and collaboration.
• Fluent in English; Russian language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Have complete working knowledge of bar items, ingredients and preparation.
• Ensure all service details are performed properly for every guest.
• Adhere to Food & Beverage Department SOPs.
• Gauge guest satisfaction and escalate issues to a manager with resolution details.
• Greet regulars by name and note preferences.
