• Develop sourcing models and build a broad, high-quality customer base.
• Cross-sell Premier, borrowing and revolving products during onboarding.
• Generate referrals to Wealth, Mortgages, HSBC Expat and other WPB units.
• Provide structured advice and resolve complaints per SLAs.
