HSBC International Wealth and Premier Banking seeks a Premier Service Manager to support Premier Wealth Relationship Managers, delivering an outstanding client experience while enabling relationship managers to focus on client-facing activity and growth.

You will provide high-quality sales and administrative support, manage client inquiries, CRM updates, and prepare sales documentation. The role emphasizes compliance, product knowledge, and proactive client service.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in financial services, preferably in retail or Premier banking sales.
• Knowledge of core banking products and Premier proposition, wealth processes.
• Experience using CRM or relationship-management platforms.
• Willingness to obtain professional or regulatory qualifications.
• University degree of at least 3 years required for UAE visa and work permit.

Aufgaben

• Provide high-quality sales and administrative support to PWRMs, including appointment setting and client servicing.
• Respond to client enquiries, resolve routine transactional requests and direct clients to appropriate channels.
• Manage client contact, event reminders and CRM updates to maintain accurate client records.
• Prepare sales documentation, input data, generate reports and coordinate with support functions to complete client requests.
• Support delivery of wealth solutions, ensuring effective follow-up.
• Handle client complaints promptly and professionally, aiming to resolve routine matters at first contact.
• Maintain knowledge of the PWRM client portfolio using CRM and analytical tools.
• Ensure wealth-deal input quality and regulatory compliance.
• Stay updated on relevant products, services, processes and regulatory requirements.
