Job summary

Eurotrs in Sharjah is seeking a Sewing Line Machine Operator to produce high-quality garments. You will operate a range of sewing machines, set up threads and needles, and ensure precise stitching according to templates and design specs.

The role requires attention to detail, understanding of fabrics, and the ability to follow patterns while maintaining safety and production targets on site at Saif Zone Sharjah.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience as a sewing machine operator in garments/textiles preferred.
• Proficient with industrial sewing machines (straight stitch, overlock, serger, double needle).
• Sharp attention to detail and precision in stitching.
• Able to read patterns, templates, and design instructions.
• Basic troubleshooting to resolve minor machine issues.
• Knowledge of fabric types and their sewing implications.

Responsibilities

• Operate sewing machines to assemble garment components.
• Set up machines with threads, needles, and materials.
• Sew fabric pieces according to design specifications.
• Adjust stitch length, tension, and settings for consistency.
• Follow patterns to create correct garment structure.
• Inspect garments for defects and correct issues.
• Report major machine malfunctions to supervisors.
• Meet daily production targets without compromising quality.
• Maintain clean, organized work area and record production output.
