Job summary

Eurotrousers in the United Arab Emirates is seeking a Garment Production Manager to oversee the factory floor from fabric cutting to final packing, ensuring clothes are made on time, to specification, and within budget.

You will plan daily sewing-line schedules, lead supervisors, tailors and cutters, fix stitching and fabric issues, reduce waste, and coordinate with suppliers to keep threads, buttons and zippers arriving on time.

Qualifications

• 5+ years working inside a clothing factory.
• Deep knowledge of sewing machines, fabrics, and production layouts.

Responsibilities

• Plan the work: Create daily schedules and assign tasks to sewing lines to meet delivery deadlines.
• Check the quality: Fix any stitching or fabric problems so every garment looks perfect.
• Manage the team: Lead and motivate supervisors, tailors, and cutters to meet daily targets.
• Stop wastage: Save money by reducing fabric waste and avoiding mistakes.
• Track materials: Work with suppliers to ensure threads, buttons, and zippers arrive on time.
