Job summary

Resilience Fashion Design LLC in Ajman invites an experienced Tajima embroidery machine operator to join our production team on-site. You will set up and operate Tajima embroidery machines according to designs and orders, prepare garments, hoops, threads and suitable needles, and monitor stitch quality to ensure precise finishing.

You will troubleshoot routine issues, maintain a tidy work area, meet production deadlines and collaborate with the team.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience operating Tajima embroidery machines.
• Good understanding of hooping, thread tension, needles and embroidery quality.
• Attention to detail and teamwork; no formal academic qualification required.
