Job summary

Tanqeeb in Abu Dhabi is seeking a skilled Tooling Maintenance Technician responsible for the repair, maintenance, and improvement of tooling equipment including jigs, fixtures, moulds, and CNC tools to ensure efficient production and high-quality output.

You will diagnose tooling issues, operate machines (lathe, milling, CNC), support new tooling for product introductions, and train junior technicians while collaborating with internal teams and suppliers.

Qualifications

• Must have hands-on toolmaking experience and ability to read technical drawings.
• Experience working in a production environment with tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and 5S practices.
• Proficient in diagnosing tooling issues and implementing repairs.
• Experience with machining tools and equipment including CNC, lathe, and milling machines.
• Strong problem-solving skills and hands-on approach.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair tooling, fixtures, and CNC equipment.
• Support new tooling for product introductions.
