Job summary

MARMARA PRECIOUS METALS GROUP in Sharjah is seeking a Foundry Operator to safely melt, cast, and process precious metals using furnaces and related equipment on-site.

You will prepare raw materials, monitor furnace temperatures, pour molten metal into molds, and coordinate with quality control and warehouse teams to ensure accurate labeling and storage. A strong safety mindset and basic English are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in foundry operations including furnace operation, melting, and casting.
• Understanding of basic metallurgy and precious metals handling.
• Strong safety awareness and use of PPE; environmental and security protocols.
• Ability to measure, record production data, and follow SOPs.
• Physical ability to work in high-temperature industrial environment.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality; identify defects with QA.
• Basic English communication; ability to work with diverse teams.
• Prior foundry/refinery or metal fabrication experience preferred; vocational training is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Melting, casting, and processing of precious metals using furnaces.
• Prepare raw materials and load/monitor furnaces.
• Adjust temperatures and pour molten metal into molds.
• Clean and maintain equipment; follow safety protocols.
• Record batch numbers, weights, and quality checks.
