E3 Company is looking for an experienced CNC Machinist to set up and operate precision equipment such as lathes and mills in a high-precision environment. You will read engineering drawings, perform measurements, and ensure parts meet tight tolerances with tight quality standards.

The role requires strong math, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to work independently while maintaining safety and compliance with ISO/quality procedures.

Qualificações

• Proven experience as a CNC Machinist or equivalent hands-on machining
• Read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Responsabilidades

• Set up and operate precision machining equipment including lathes, milling machines, drill presses, and grinders
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings and schematics to determine machining requirements and procedures
• Perform precise measurements and quality inspections using calipers, micrometers, and gauges
• Cut, shape and fabricate parts to meet specifications, tolerances and quality standards
• Calibrate, maintain and troubleshoot machinery to ensure optimal performance and safe operation
• Monitor production processes and identify opportunities for efficiency improvements
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve technical issues and enhance manufacturing processes
• Adhere to all safety guidelines, policies and procedures

Desired Education Requirements and Work Experience

• Experience in manufacturing and production processes and techniques
• Knowledge of raw materials and quality control standards
• Familiarity with quality systems (e.g., ISO standards)
• Understanding of health and safety regulations and compliance requirements
• Experience with process improvement methodologies is a plus
• Knowledge of machinery, tools, and manufacturing processes
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications
• Strong computer skills and familiarity with inspection/reporting software

Required Skills
