Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelors in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Professional Engineer license or equivalent.
• 8–10 years of progressive precast design/manufacturing experience.
• Proven track record managing complex precast projects from inception to completion.
• Expert proficiency in precast design software (AutoCAD, Revit, Tekla Structures).
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with stakeholders.
• Fluency in English; additional languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the precast design team to drive high performance.
