Job summary

Ingram Micro Inc. in Dubai seeks a Pre-Sales Consultant - Cybersecurity to help customers strengthen their security posture by designing and positioning innovative cybersecurity solutions across the UAE.

You will partner with sales, partners, and technical teams to guide the customer journey from discovery through proof-of-concept. The role requires strong IAM, DLP, firewall and network security expertise, with hands-on experience in SSO, MFA, PAM, secure web gateways, CASB and zero-trust.

• Proven experience in cybersecurity pre-sales, solution consulting, or security architecture.
• Strong expertise in IAM, DLP, firewall and network security technologies.
• Hands-on experience with SSO, MFA, PAM, secure web gateways and CASB.

Responsibilities

• Partner with sales teams and partners to identify customer security challenges and translate them into tailored cybersecurity solutions.
• Design and present solution architectures covering security operations, IAM, threat detection, and data protection.
• Lead technical consultations, product demonstrations, workshops, and PoC engagements for customers and partners.
• Act as a trusted technical advisor throughout the pre-sales cycle to help stakeholders evaluate solutions and make informed decisions.
• Contribute to partner enablement initiatives and knowledge-sharing sessions to drive cybersecurity growth.
