Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience in pre-contract QS for infrastructure projects.
• Professional certification (RICS or equivalent) is an advantage.
• Strong command of cost estimation tools is required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for infrastructure projects.
• Develop and analyze bills of quantities for tender submissions.
• Review and evaluate contractor tenders and prepare tender documentation.
• Conduct value engineering to achieve cost-efficient design solutions.
• Prepare and negotiate change orders with clients and contractors.
