Black Pearl Consult is seeking a seasoned Vice President – Operations & Maintenance (Power/Electricity) to lead strategic and operational management of power assets across generation, transmission and distribution in the UAE. This senior role requires deep technical and operational expertise and a proven track record of leading large O&M functions.

You will drive operational excellence, asset performance and safety while guiding long-term sustainability of power infrastructure.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering required.
• 15+ years in power utility sectors with senior leadership exposure.
• Strong technical and operational experience in transmission/distribution.
• Deep knowledge of substations, transformers, switchgear and protection.
• Proven ability to lead large-scale O&M strategies and risk management.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute the O&M strategy for power assets.
• Provide senior leadership across generation, transmission and distribution.
• Lead safe, reliable and efficient power delivery operations.
• Oversee substations, transformers, switchgear and lines maintenance.
• Drive preventive, predictive and condition-based maintenance programs.
• Monitor KPIs, budgets and capital improvement plans.
• Manage emergencies, outages and system restoration.
• Develop annual O&M plans and resource requirements.
