Job summary

Synechron in Dubai is seeking a Postilion Support Engineer with 6 to 15 years of experience to deliver 24x7 support for Postilion environments.

You will investigate transaction failures, perform root cause analysis, and coordinate incident resolution with customers and teams. The role requires Linux/Unix and SQL troubleshooting, plus experience with ATM/POS switching platforms.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of ISO 8583 and card payment systems.
• Experience supporting ATM, POS, and switching platforms.

• Deliver 24x7 support coverage for Postilion environments.

• Monitor switch performance and transaction health.
• Coordinate incident resolution with customer and teams.
• Escalate product issues where deep architecture expertise is required.
• Support operational reviews and service governance meetings.
• Maintain operational procedures, runbooks, and support documentation.
• Build strong customer engagement through regular onsite presence.
