Abu Dhabi Ports in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates seeks an experienced procurement professional to oversee tendering and award processes for major port projects. The role focuses on Fujairah Terminal expansion and related procurement activities.

You will coordinate with engineering, operations and management, develop annual procurement plans, ensure policy compliance and drive cost-effective solutions. A minimum of 6–8 years in similar roles with port/infrastructure exposure is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in procurement, quantity surveying, business administration or related field.
• Master’s degree is a plus.
• Experience in port, marine or large infrastructure projects preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead sourcing, tendering and award of goods, services and works for port projects.
• Advise stakeholders on procurement plans and ensure policy compliance.
• Review supplier bids, negotiate terms and manage post-award activities.
• Coordinate with project teams to define technical specs and procurement packages.
