Job summary

AD Ports Group in the UAE is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the Fujairah port expansion project within the Ports Cluster ETS team. You will ensure safe delivery on time, within budget and to quality standards while minimizing disruption to live port operations.

You will oversee end-to-end delivery, manage scope, schedule and budget, coordinate design consultants and contractors under FIDIC, and drive risk control, reporting and stakeholder engagement to achieve project success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Marine or Structural Engineering (Master's preferred).
• PMP and/or PRINCE2 certifications are highly desirable.
• Chartered/registered engineer and UAE Society of Engineers registration preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, design, construction, commissioning and handover of Fujairah port expansion works.
• Define and control scope, master schedule, budget and resources to meet strategic objectives.
• Manage design consultants and contractors, including FIDIC contract administration.
• Evaluate performance and implement corrective actions to stay on track.
• Ensure compliance with UAE regulations, environmental permits and HSE standards.
• Coordinate with port operations for seamless transition of new facilities.
