AD Ports Group is seeking a Director – Programme for the Fujairah New Port to oversee end-to-end execution of the Ports Cluster maritime portfolio. You will drive strategic planning, resources, and stakeholder coordination to expand Fujairah Terminals while maintaining safety, quality, and budget discipline.

You will lead progression across the maritime programme, manage risks, and ensure alignment with departmental strategies and external stakeholders.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management or a related field.
• Master's degree is a plus.
• Excellent English language skills.
• Arabic is an added advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Manage overall programme delivery and monitor milestones across all projects.
• Lead the Fujairah Terminals expansion including marine works, quay and yard infrastructure.
• Evaluate project risks and develop mitigation plans for maritime projects.
• Provide guidance on standards, specifications and procedures to meet project objectives.
• Manage maritime data and analytics across the division.
• Coordinate dependencies across maritime projects and interfaces with ongoing terminal operations.
• Provide HSE leadership for all construction activities and promote a positive safety culture.
• Supervise multiple engineering teams and allocate work across resources effectively.
• Communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders and management.
• Develop relationships with senior management, suppliers and contractors.
