Job summary

Abu Dhabi Ports is seeking a Manager Schedule Engineering to own planning and schedule control for the Fujairah Ports Construction Expansion programme. You will lead a multi-disciplinary team, ensure schedule integrity from tender through handover, and liaise with senior stakeholders.

You will drive governance, provide data-driven insights, and coordinate with project owners and management to optimize schedule performance across complex multi-project environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Marine or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
• Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6 required.
• PMI-SP or equivalent certification is a plus.
• Excellent English; Arabic is an added advantage.
• 10–12 years of planning and scheduling experience; 5+ years in lead/managerial roles.

Responsibilities

• Monitor compliance of schedule activities for the Fujairah Ports Construction Expansion.
• Develop, maintain and control the integrated master schedule in Primavera P6 across all projects.
• Review schedule duration and float indexes for the programme.
• Assess schedules and duration allowances on projects across the programme.
• Provide oversight on EOT claim assessments and LD applications.
• Review and approve contractor baseline schedules and revisions.
• Provide schedule input to tender documents and evaluation of bidders’ programmes.
• Coordinate with Project Management and Programme Director to integrate schedule, cost and risk.
• Retrieve data for statistical and predictive analytics and governance.
• Lead schedule management and continuous improvement initiatives.
