Role Context
The P&O Senior Executive will act as a trusted operational partner across people and organization activities, supporting the execution of HR strategies that improve employee engagement, organizational effectiveness, manager capability, and employee experience. This role is especially focused on United Arab Emirates national talent integration, Emiratization progress, performance management support, HR reporting, policy compliance, and coordination with shared services and cross‑functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage employee lifecycle activities across recruitment support, onboarding, employee documentation, engagement, development, performance follow‑up, and retention initiatives.
- Provide practical people and organization guidance to managers and employees in line with company policies, internal procedures, and business needs.
- Support Emiratization and United Arab Emirates national development initiatives through effective hiring coordination, talent integration, development planning, and retention support.
- Drive employee engagement and culture activities aligned with organizational values and the wider goals of Majid Al Futtaim Entertainment.
- Help integrate United Arab Emirates national talent into business teams by supporting communication, development, manager alignment, and employee experience initiatives.
- Oversee performance management processes by coordinating timelines, supporting managers, tracking progress, and helping identify employee development needs.
- Collaborate with managers to support career development, capability building, performance discussions, and talent planning, especially for United Arab Emirates nationals.
- Maintain accurate human resources data, employee records, Emiratization updates, hiring metrics, and people-related documentation.
- Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and insights covering Emiratization progress, recruitment activity, employee lifecycle updates, and workforce trends.
- Ensure compliance with United Arab Emirates labour laws, internal HR policies, national hiring requirements, and company governance standards.
- Coordinate with shared services, recruitment teams, payroll, operations, learning and development, and business stakeholders to improve people processes.
- Support onboarding, employee queries, policy guidance, documentation follow‑up, and process improvements that enhance employee experience.
- Contribute to human capital initiatives that support engagement, culture, nationalization goals, manager effectiveness and organizational performance.
- Manage multiple people priorities with a proactive, confident, and solution‑focused approach.
Ideal Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in human resources, people operations, employee relations, talent management, Emiratization, or a similar P&O role.
- Emirati talent profile with strong interest in people strategy, employee development, nationalization, and organizational effectiveness.
- Proven experience supporting Emiratization programs, national talent initiatives, or United Arab Emirates national hiring and development activities.
- Good understanding of United Arab Emirates labour laws, HR policies, employee lifecycle processes, performance management, and people reporting.
- Strong organizational, communication, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to support managers and employees with practical HR guidance while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
- Strong coordination skills with the ability to work with shared services, recruitment, operations, business teams, and cross‑functional stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced entertainment or customer‑focused business environment.
- Proactive, confident, and people‑focused approach with strong follow‑up and execution discipline.
- Fluency in English is required.
- Arabic proficiency is preferred.
