Job summary

Talents Tide is seeking a PMV Manager (Plant, Machinery & Vehicles) to oversee end-to-end PMV management across several construction sites in the UAE. You will drive asset utilization, cost efficiency, compliance, and reliability of all equipment assets.

Responsibilities include PMV inventory and movement tracking, lifecycle monitoring, downtime reduction through proactive planning, workshop coordination, and compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, or related field preferred.
• Emirates experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• PMV & asset management across multiple sites, ensuring utilization and reliability.
• Coordinate with project teams to understand PMV needs and minimize downtime.
• Oversee workshops, ensure proper manpower, tools and spares, and coordinate with OEMs/service providers.
• Ensure all vehicles and equipment comply with safety, statutory, and legal requirements.
• Provide guidance, training, and discipline as needed.
• Track KPIs related to efficiency, costs savings and asset performance.

Compliance&Safety

• Ensureallvehiclesandequipmentcomplywithstatutory,safety,andlegalrequirements

• Ensuretimelybilling,documentation,andcoordinationwithfinance
